AAA Sound Company, a mid size sound company located outside of Portland, Oregon. We provide live event, speaking and wedding sound systems. We provide stage and event lighting services, recording services and carry a backline gear for most all events. We have been doing sound for over 35 years as a owner of an Indie Record Label & Recording Studio. We tailor each sound system for each event and customers budget. Customer satisfaction is job one! We have very competitive pricing that cant be beat!

We will help take all the hassles out of doing live sound by interfacing ourselves with all your bands or performers and handle all the stage and sound issues so you don't have too. We have a large stable of sound engineers, stage managers and producers. Not to mention all the roadies that have many years of live event work experience.

Davis Productions & Yamhill Studios had a vision to provide quality sound reinforcement equipment for a diverse number of groups, events and unique setups at a significantly lower price than most sound companies. This vision has resulted in the "AAA" Sound & Light Company. The whole system itself prices out at over $100,000, therefore the staff that run it have to be meticulously trained and qualified in order to provide quality service for its diverse customer base using high-end audio equipment. Please realize, we do our utmost to provide "YOU" our customers with a  lower cost, and still maintain a high quality standard for each and every event we do.

Our cost is a flat *rate of $375.00 for a complete small sound system per day (4 hrs), plus $10 per hour for our on site sound engineer. Because of this very low price, we request you pay 50% in advance unless other arrangements have been made. You will be required to sign a contract (in advance) for your event. Because of this extreme lower cost and our very busy schedule we require at least (6) six weeks notice before your event date. If there is not (6) six weeks notice before your event, the $10 per hour engineer fee doubles to $20 per hour if we can still schedule your event. There is NEVER a  charge for system set-up or break-down, nor any other hidden charges. Overtime costs and charges are listed in our agreement.

* Within 50 miles of Portland, Oregon, and additional travel and expenses charged for over 50 miles and over-night stays when required.
